β Return Eligibility
- β’Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- β’Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- β’All original tags, accessories, and invoice must be included.
- β’Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible.
β Non-Returnable Items
- β’Personal care and hygiene products.
- β’Perishable goods and edible items.
- β’Digital downloads and gift cards.
- β’Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
π How to Initiate a Return
- β’Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- β’Select the order and click "Request Return".
- β’Choose the item(s) and reason for return.
- β’Our team will review and approve within 24β48 hours.
- β’Pack the item securely and hand it to our pickup agent.
π° Refund Process
- β’Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after we receive the item.
- β’Refund is credited to the original payment method.
- β’COD orders are refunded via bank transfer β share your account details when raising the request.
- β’You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
